Why does a truck pass another so slowly, often creating a line-up of cars waiting to pass? I'm not sure about other parts of the country, but it seems, especially within the past, say, two to three years, that trucks have begun to pass each other very slowly, often lining up cars behind the passing truck maybe ten or fifteen cars deep, on the highways I travel.
