Does the 2008 eastern trail digger have a pivatal seat and clamp post?



I recently purchased the 08 traildigger. It does not have a pivotal seat, but the seat clamp is integrated so its really light and easy to use. Overal good bike though.

I want to put a weight set and a treadmill in an upstairs bedroom. Will this cause structural issues?
