Pump Float

Is there any Sump Pump that does not have a float? I wanted to have a Sump Pump that take the water in when i plug it in. The Sump Pump would continue to take water until i unplug it. What i mean is not to have a limit where the water rising 3 or 4 in and it start to pump. All I want is to have a sump pump that pump whenever I want.
