what happing to r.v.s not sold motorhome, campers ,trailers.rv. where do thay go to.if not sold.?

like to no.

most of the new ones stay with the dealership. If you are talking about used rvs, then they might be auctioned off if they are not sold right away at a dealership. Or they could go on sale at a site like this: http://www.campersandrvs.info.

Motorhomes Campers – Finding Likeminded Travellers

There are seemingly unlimited campsites across Australia that fill up every summer with those on holiday in their motorhomes. These motorhomes campers are perfect for exploring the countryside, but those who are embarking on this voyage alone may feel a bit lonely and wish for some companionship. This is where the concept of the RV designated town comes in, as well as the motorhome clubs that have popped up like wildflowers all over the country in the past few decades. They include the original enthusiasts from the 1960's and have come to encompass travellers of all ages.

There are a number of ways to connect with these fellow travellers when out on the road in your various motorhomes campers. This could include conducting a little bit of research ahead of time, and perhaps emailing those who are in online groups to plan on meeting points along your route should they cross paths. However, a more practical method is to map out where the designated campgrounds are, and then make a point of talking to people there. Most people don't have a full destination or itinerary in mind, but prefer to play their holiday by ear a little bit. That way, if there is a particularly lovely town on the beach, then one could stay there.

Some of the more formal motorhome clubs require annual dues, but these come with many benefits. That can include mail forwarding services, newsletters with road and service updates, and medical services at designated checkpoints in case of emergency. They also usually plan social events so that people travelling in their motorhomes campers are able to meet one another this way, without having to seek each other out first on the internet or talk to strangers necessarily when already at a campsite. As Australians are a naturally gregarious bunch, this tends to happen organically.

There is an initiative now also to have "RV friendly" destinations clearly marked, so that travellers in motorhomes campers know where they will be able to find refreshments, dump sites, medical care, and other amenities that they may have been lacking while out in the middle of nowhere for up to days or weeks at a time. These checkpoints serve as good meeting areas also, and can help travellers give tips about the areas that they just have been or are going to in the future, road and weather conditions, and other pertinent information.
