Kawasaki 900 stx meter assembly?
I need a meter assembly for my 2005 kawasaki 900 stx. The one on it got waterlogged and all the ink went out of it so now it doesn't show anything. Is there anyway I can put ink back in it or is there anywhere i can get a salvage one, bc a new one at the least is $600

There is no "ink" in the meter. They use LCD displays, kind of similar to a TV set or laptop monitor.
Those silly things are very prone to failure and thus good used ones are almost impossible to find. Be sure that the wiring connections to the meter are clean and tight. You can look on E-bay but if it were my ski I wouldn't bother. Even with the meter working, they are not extremely accurate.
